Cultivator CM Soil tilling

The Cultivator CM delivers exceptional performance in challenging soil conditions with its innovative “Stone-Jumper” supports. Shock-absorbing springs in the working groups vibrate during operation, crushing and aerating the soil while easily overcoming stones and obstacles. Its adjustable-width frame, available in manual or hydraulic options, adapts to various row spacings and work requirements. A vertical hydraulic lifting cylinder streamlines compacting the machine, making tight-space maneuvers effortless. The rear roller enhances efficiency by maintaining precise depth control and leveling the ground, leaving a smooth, prepared surface for planting or other agricultural tasks. These advanced features make the Cultivator CM a versatile, high-performing tool for modern soil preparation.

CM + TURBO

The CM cultivator boosts efficiency with the option to add one or two TURBO groups equipped with hoeing blades, enabling it to cover the entire row width in a single pass. These TURBO groups deliver precision and speed, ensuring thorough soil cultivation and effective weed removal. As the blades operate, they cut through the soil at a consistent depth of 10 cm. This eliminates grass and unwanted vegetation to maintain healthy soil conditions. Furthermore, the innovative 90° rotation mechanism, controlled by a sensor rod, allows the blades to navigate around plant stems without causing damage. This precision makes the cultivator ideal for vineyards, orchards, and other densely planted areas, ensuring optimal performance while protecting plant integrity.

Heavy duty disc harrow FRM with special supports “Stone-Jumper” equipped with shock springs. Each working group mounts two discs with different diameter set with inclined axle, with same working depth which ensure a more effective penetration in strong and tough soil. The frame is adjustable in width (manual or hydraulic) and a cylinder for vertical hydraulic lifting is available in order to save space for easier maneuvers. The rear roller adjusts the working depth and levels the ground.

Disc harrows FRP

Disk harrows FRP are perfect for tilling between vineyard and orchard rows. Their particular X-shaped configuration of four section of discs groups ensures optimum soil leveling. These very robust machines are equipped with manual side shift on the standard model or optional hydraulic shifting. The rear sections are interchangeable with a fixed spades cultivator for more working depth.

The ARP Subsoiler Plough

Designed for vineyards and orchards, this plough uses specially curved spades. As a result, it powerfully tills and lifts soil deep below the surface while minimizing surface disruption. This effective tilling method offers three key benefits: breaking up hardpans formed by previous processes, de-compacting soil—especially in areas impacted by tractor wheel traces—and improving soil drainage. For enhanced performance, you can equip the machine with a cage or full rear roller to maintain a consistent working depth.

The Subsoil Fertilizer

Spreaders IC soil tillers are suitable for vineyards and orchards in order to bring nutritive material into the ground at 15-20 cm of depth. In this way the granular compost will not deteriorate due to external agents. IC models are built in several versions, with different numbers of spades and tank capacity. It is possible to add to the machine a number of options for every need such as stainless steel tanks, hydraulic opening control, front disc and rear roller to reduce disturbing the turf.
